Fr. Agerico "Jerry" M. Orbos, SVD

Born on October 1, 1953 in San Carlos Pangasinan, a member of the Society of the Divine Word. As mission director of the SVD Mission Philippines, he has been active in promoting mission awareness and takes care of the needs of Filipino SVD missionaries working overseas. He also writes a regular Sunday column in the Philippine Daily Inquirer.

Through his preaching, writing, songs, and media apostolate, Father Jerry has reminded everyone that God speaks to us even in the ordinary moments of our lives. He brings across this message more clearly by sharing his won moments - moments when he experienced God's grace and unconditional love in his 27 years of priesthood.

These personal stories, anecdotes, jokes and reflections have found their way into the eight books he has written: Moments, Shared Moments, Simple Moments, Light Moments, Inquirer Moments (Cycle A, B and C), Candid Moments and Just a Moment which is a collection of the best moments he has shared through the years, from which readers can draw inspiration day to day.
